Now a successful sandwich bar, La Carne’s branding started with a name and a concept: La Carne would one day mean the best meat sandwiches, known for their amazing quality and decadent sizes.
La Carne’s name and concept lead to it’s look: Inspired by the image of sizzling smoking meats alongside a chalk menu, the color scheme became charcoal black, chalk white, and a fiery yellow.
Graphic elements were then added, icons and patterns all made to look like charcoal and chalk sketches. Along with touches of fire yellow, the branding process was complete, and La Carne was ready for business.
