When one of my clients returned to me planning to open a second eatery, I was very excited. The plan was simple: a chain of fried chicken restaurants to feed families, couples, and individuals looking for a delicious fresh meal.
Reinventing the fast food restaurant so that it stays family friendly but gains a healthy twist.
How do we market fried food to a wide and diverse audience?
The solution: kraft paper.
The natural appearance of the grainy brown paper combined with whimsical design elements, gave the packaging the 'touch of health' look we were looking for.
Playing with different fonts and typographies added to the modernity of the graphic language, and finally, tying everything together was the color palette.
